We have Modern Manufacturing plant having a capacity of 1 Ton per batch located at Industrial Development Area, Edayar, Ernakulam Kerala. Our customers are mainly from Latex and Natural Rubber field industries.

Blending of raw materials with water in specially designed stainless steel stirrer.

Ball milling of blended materials to a minimum of 48 hrs using high quality steatite ceramic grinding balls in stainless steel ball mill.

Transferring the fine dispersion to a slow rotating stainless steel stirrer until the material get packed.

Automated packing of material in to different quantities as per customer requirement.
